This Privacy Policy explains how Yorha, operated by Yorha ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Platform.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security terms. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their function (e.g. Paystack receives payment details directly; we do not store your card information).
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we deactivate it and anonymize personally identifying fields (name, email, avatar), while retaining order and financial records as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
You can update your profile information, change your password, or delete your account at any time from account settings. Authors must withdraw any pending balance before deletion. To request a copy of your data or ask questions about how it's used, contact us at ivnabin11@gmail.com.
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Password-reset and email-verification tokens are hashed at rest. We use rate limiting on login, password reset, and verification endpoints to reduce the risk of brute-force attacks, and standard security headers across the Platform.
Yorha is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Yorha operates from Nigeria and primarily serves Nigerian users and creators. If you access the Platform from outside Nigeria, your information will be processed in Nigeria and by the third-party providers listed above, which may be located in other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
